Enter a circus of words where the dead converge. GOTH is transformed into a funeral chapel, playing host to mourners for famous fictional characters, including Scrooge McDuck, Darth Vader, Cathy from Wuthering Heights and The Milk Tray Man to name but a few.

As the show progresses even Death himself puts in an appearance.

Join the congregation for this funeral service with a difference, where we will be paying tribute to the many characters who have meant so much through theatre, spoken word and comedy.

This ground-breaking theatre and spoken word show is brought to you by North East spoken word multimedia hub and fellow Shedmates Monkfish Productions and is fresh from its sell out performance at Late Shows Newcastle Gateshead 2010.

It features members of the critically acclaimed Word Tank Collective and emerging national talent Ross Sutherland, who was featured in The Times Online top ten new young writers in 2008.

If you haven't seen it by now this may be your last chance!

Mourning attire and hankies encouraged!
